Booking Conditions
As a courtesy, you agree to contact the venue if you have any changes, updates or need to cancel your booking.
It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late. Bookings that do not arrive within 15 minutes of their allocated time will lose their held table to the general public. Burleigh Pavilion suggests using a ride share service or public transport as we have limited parking near the venue.
All bookings are allocated inside our venue, we do not take bookings for the venue’s outdoor seating.
We take bookings Monday – Friday between 11am and 1pm, and on Saturday and Sunday’s we take bookings between 11am and 11.30am. Dinner bookings are only available Monday – Thursday between 5pm and 7pm.
Charges & fees
1% surcharge applies to all card payments, 10% wage loading surcharge applies to all Sunday bookings & 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Dress code
Burleigh Pavilion dress code is smart casual. We are flexible on this during the day and in quieter periods. However, the venue is stricter with dress code when busy and at night. If in doubt, dress up, or you may be refused. Burleigh Pavilion is a family and community-oriented venue.
Guests with tattoos are welcome at our venue, however, our policy does not permit intimidating, aggressive, or offensive tattoos, clothing or behaviour which may offend or intimidate other guests or staff. Tattoos on the neck, head and face are viewed as increased intimidation in that order. This practise is common among licenced venues and is in place to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. Covering up these tattoos does not allow entry.
Booking information
Our venue does not take 18th – 21st birthday bookings, hens or bucks celebrations or pub crawls.
The Burleigh Pavilion allocates tables to best of their ability, large group tables are not to be moved, along with the moving of any furniture that may affect other diner’s experience.
Burleigh Pavilion do not move tables together prior to your arrival, we hold a number oftables for the group with a mixture of standing and seating space.
No professional photography is permitted during trading hours. This is to be arranged with the Event Manager for a time outside of our trading hours.
Monday – Thursday we offer pizza from 11am, and our full menu from 12pm. Friday – Sunday our full menu is available from 11am.
Burleigh Pavilion does not allow any outlandish decorations or games. Burleigh Pavilion does not allow any balloons or confetti as we aim to protect Burleigh Pavilion’s surrounding environment from waste. Please be in touch in advance if you have any out of the ordinary requests inc, gift bags, party favours as these must be approved prior to the booking.
As a licenced venue we recommend all patrons bring valid ID, security reserve the right to refuse entry to any person they believe to be underage who is without identification.
