Our Chefs are responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the restaurant. They are responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served. The Chef plays a crucial role in maintaining consistency, creativity, and efficiency in the kitchen while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. You will be working in a full open kitchen with a good work/life balance with a strong, energetic, and positive team. As an important member of the kitchen in our venues, the role supports the smooth operation of the
busy kitchen by assisting chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff with tasks relating to kitchen
preparation, service and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include dishwashing and cleaning, stock
management, equipment maintenance and organisation, and compliance with Health and Safety
